When is the Event?
      September  2 2017

Where is it?
Mount Southington 396 Mt Vernon Rd Plantsville CT 06479

What is the parking situation?

Is my child able to run?
All ages are welcome to run but children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  A child by  themselves in the woods hungry, tired and covered in mud... just sounds bad.

Can So and So watch?
So and So can watch. Spectators are welcome free of charge and will be able to view certain portions of the run. They will be able to see the Start, Finish, the Mud Pit the A- Frame Wall, and some other really cool obstacles. Plus they can hear the DJ and have perfect access to the food trucks!

What do I do with my Keys?
The parking lot is close enough to leave a change of clothes, but for things like keys or your phone we will be able to hold them in a secure container by wave. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and we cannot guarantee I will not catch Pok-E-Mon with your phone.

Is there showers to clean off with?
Yes there will be the most luxurious make shift outdoor shower you can imagine. After rinsing off you can change in one of the bathrooms or porta potty.

Will I need money?
After the race stay and hang out at the post race party, if you want food and drinks there will be food trucks selling food and drinks. If you want beer  Mt Southington’s concession will be open selling beer.

Can I wear a costume?
Yes you can wear a costume. Please just remember this is an all ages event…just saying! Costumes should be decent and safe to run in. If your costume becomes unbearable to run in please don’t leave it in the woods it might anger the bears.

What other awards will there be?
There will be awards for the top 3 finishers in the Mens and Womens division.

Will there be beer?
Did you really just skip all the way down to this? Yes Mt Southington’s concession will be open selling beer.
